Help delivered to Zvečan
The help for the high school in Zvečan, provided several days ago by the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs has finaly been delivered. As always, our friends from the Charity organization Mother of nine Jugović provided help in the delivery of the lab material. The director of the school thanked us for the help, and asked us to send his request for the school to obtain a computer and a printer for the needs of the pupils.

Reaching the Jezdimirovic home in the village of Radalj, municipality of Mali Zvornik, requires a five kilometre ride along a rough forest road, a one kilometre walk through mud, and eight crossings of a winding a stream. Until recently, the only means of transport was by horse, but today there is the popular “Tomos” motorcycle.
Is it right for us to turn away from the suffering of these children? The penetrating look in her eyes begs us not to!
One could write about an idyllic village life, but except for their natural surroundings, there is nothing idyllic about the Djordjevićs’ lives. They say that their house during the period between the two world wars, was the most beautiful in the village.
